Kudos to Lauren for the way she handled a situation today when the credit card reader went down. Her demeanor and professionalism was outstanding while cutting my hair and trying to deal with another “less than happy” customer. Ownership and Management need to be aware of her actions! She represented “big time”!

My 9 year old son is very picky about his hair. He saw Robyn at the Woodstock location and was SUPER happy with his haircut. Robyn was really nice to him, talked to him throughout his appointments about his interests and gave him " the best haircut ever!"
